Hello! I thought I’d share my very first cut crease! It’s somewhat subtle, with safer colors and only half of the crease cut, but maybe at some point I’ll do something more.
I would’ve tried this before, but I’ve been a chicken. Also, these sharper looks often come across too harsh on my more petite face, and it’s honestly not always my style. But today I’m not leaving my house and I wanted to try something new.
I’ve meant to do this sort of post before with other looks but I’ve gotten lazy on my best makeup days.
Anyway, I think I did a decent job! It also suits me a lot more than I expected.
The joy that the sparkle and shine of this look brought me was truly impossible to convey!
I do really like the color scheme that I stuck with in this look, because although it is pretty aggressive with the shine, it still has a decent daytime feminine vibe.
Here are some closer pictures of the eye look as well as the lips:
I can definitely recognize quite a few flaws with my look, but I’m really excited about it anyway.
I’m also excited that doing something this precise has not given me a major panic attack with my OCD, which is a wonderful sign of my progress in that realm as well. Maybe I’ll talk about that sometime too. I’ll let you know.
Anyway, I’m also obsessed with this lip gloss that I used. It has crazy sparkle, yet it’s a such a wonderfully flattering shade of pink. A lot of times with the trending makeup at the moment, there are gorgeous products like this, but they’re always made in horrible colors.
Products used on the eyes:
- Urban Decay Eden Eyeshadow Primer Potion ($24)
